Mischa started acting at age 9. Her first big break came when playwright Tony Kushner cast her in his play Slavs. From there, she received many minor film roles, a stint on the daytime soap, All My Children, as well as modeling for Calvin Klein. Her feature film debut came in 1996 in the film New York Crossing. In recent years, she has become tremendously well-known as part of the ensemble cast on one of TV's hottest shows, Fox's The O.C.
